Do you feel you and your child would benefit from some additional support through some structured and focused home visits to help with issues such as establishing routines, meal times, separation anxiety, toilet training, interacting with other children, communication and listening skills and getting ideas to help with encouraging your child’s early learning development to support their transition to Primary School?
Big Hopes Big Future is a Home-Start project which offers eight visits at home with either the Co-ordinator or a trained parent volunteer, to support you and your child with a range of ideas and resources to help with above issues.
If you would like to find out more, the Project Co-ordinator will be at the Primary Transition events in Hythe, New Romney and Folkestone and would be happy to answer any questions you may have. You can self-refer using the referral form here. If you prefer, you could talk to your child’s Nursery/Pre-School or if you are open to another Service e.g Early Help, they can refer on your behalf.
